A Wellness Check is a moment that you take with yourself to check-in. As things get busier in our everyday lives it’s important that we set aside time for our mental health. A Wellness Check provides the time and assessment questions to see what our bodies are needing from us, to promote the best version of ourselves. As mental health becomes a more normalized conversation and concern for teens, it’s important that teens are informed with what factors are affecting their mental health. Things like a teen’s diet and level of physical and social activity heavily weigh on their mental health. So take a moment, and check in. How are you doing?
